Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP and a frightened dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My parents accompanied me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now had my parents not worked hard and make sacrifices. In the hope of having the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them. I was focused on achieving my goals. It was my plan to attend school to graduate, and then get a good job. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. My idea of success was to go to college to graduate, then get a corporate job. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and then have children. Life had other ideas. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. While navigating my way towards a new job, I realized that I was supposed to be personal trainer. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being around people, and I love helping others. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian females. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others to live a healthier and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wanted. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. It was the most devastating of them all. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The universe has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in this moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I believe my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and for me to have my second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I'm living my life. In sharing my story I hope my words will resonate with yours. It is my wish that my words will aid you in understanding that you're never alone. I believe that you are blessed with the ability to achieve everything you desire. I pray to live your life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, since that's the only thing you can count on in this life.
